i was playing blackjack at a sportsbook i will leave the name out for now, i was losing many hands after hand etc, well i was down half the money i had in my account when i noticed and error, during the one hand i played, it did not adhere to the rules of the game, the rule stated i could resplit aces but it did not so i stopped playing and msg the casino, and they said indeed i was correct and credited me the money for the hand and gave me a 25 bonus, and said not to play the casino anymore because of the technical difficulties, now i said i should get back all the money i lost becasue how do i no if there wasnt and issue with the way the cards were being dealt etc, etc, doi have a point or no? thanks for the input

Wow Willye.....I doubt you will get all your money back for just the aces thing but I would suggest either NOT PLAYING at all in any casino online OR stick to 1$ a hand at crackjack...its a no win situation most of the time

i just think it would be fair, well maybe i coming from the view because i lost money, but if they tell the casino is having technical issues, than i feel that for that day i played i should recieve all the money i lost back, not for days previous just for that day, because if it's not working properly how do they no i was dealt the right cards etc etc, i just happened to notice it half way threw it might of happened in hands before but they did admit there was a technical problem with the casino and to not play until further notice, fyi i lost 300 they gave me 16 back for the hand i played, and 25 extra for noticing the error is that fair??? appreciate the input

You are lucky that an online casino paid you anything.

Take your money and leave.

Just be glad they didn't take your pants too.

I would reccommend not playing online casino games.

The word fair does not exist for on-line casinos. When friends ask me whether on-line casinos are fair, I ask them "Would you play blackjack with me over the phone? I'll deal the cards here and tell you what you have!"
