Very interesting piece of useless sports trivia here. Not sure if this is the only time this has ever happened, but I have never seen it before. So until otherwise noted, I will assume it is.

Who is the only player to lead his team in passing, rushing, and receiving in the same game? (hint: came in a victory for his mid-major team)

Fish, Kordell played at Colorado, not a mid Major.

I'd guess Randal El

????

How is Indiana a mid-major and Colorado not?

Randle El is a good guess, but he went to Indiana Bud. Indiana is not really a mid-major, its in the Big 10. Hmmmmmmm what an intriguing question, maybe an Air Force QB? Maybe McNair, even though he went to I-AA Alcorn St.? Can I get another hint?

One sec, is the Big East considered mid-major? If so, I might have the answer. But hell, in that game against Oklahoma, I think Crouch led his team in all 3 categories because of that throw-back pass to him.

Thought you had found another, but Crouch only had 21 yards rushing in that game, while Diedrick had 90....thus crouch led in recieving and passing, but not rushing.

My answer did not come in the Big East. Would like to hear who else you got though. This couldve happened more than just one time. I just have only heard of this one incident.

Yea, after I posted that I went to look it up, he had 5 100 yard rushing games that year but couldnt run on Oklahoma. This is a pretty good question, you've got me really racking my brain..............what about Shaun King? I'm trying to think up black QB's at small schools

Another HINT: This is a white QB, and was drafted in the NFL.

Hows that for a 1000th post!

Cmon Cubs, one more hint. I know there's been some weird stuff in the NFL like that (e.g. Sammy Baugh has best avg for a punter and Josh Miller was Steelers leading passer in that 03 finale against the Ravens)
