My favorite will always be Terry Crowley. Won many a big game, coming off the bench.

John Havlicek, A key member of two generations of Celtics, Havlicek provided the spark off the bench during the Celtics' dynasty years of the 1960's. He appeared in 13 consecutive NBA All-Star Games, earned 11 selections to the All-NBA First or Second Team and was named to the NBA All-Defensive First or Second Team eight times.

some good ones.

I think Steve Deberg would have to be mentioned, he backed up some of the greatest QB's in NFL history ,he served as an understudy to Joe Montana, Elway, Young and Marino, also came back after a five-year absence...

DeBerg was lured back to the NFL by Falcons coach Dan Reeves to back up the injury-prone Chandler
