What is the role of the Offshore/online sports books room? e.g. why would someone post in this room instead of the NFL or CFB room? I am just curious, that's all.

Without getting into details, Offshore is primarily for industry and sports discussion, while the "sports specific" forums are for picks.

There's always going to be some gray area and overlap between the two.
