Missing Wagers at CRIS

Last night I placed four wagers at CRIS, two on the halftime of the Houston/Boston game and two on the halftime of the Clippers/Philly game. I got the "your entry was correctly processed...." message after each one. I did not write down the ticket #'s or take a screen shot as I have placed hundreds of wagers there without a problem. Two hours later I logged on and there was no record that I placed the bets. I am ABSOLUTELY certain that I did.I placed the same wagers at two other books at the same time with no incident. The cookies in my Temp file verified that I was logged on to CRIS when I (thought) I was placing the bets. I tried the Live Chat, they were very polite and attempted to be helpful, but of course they couldn't do anything since I couldn't provide a ticket #. Has this happened to anyone else at CRIS or elsewhere? Since they had NO record of my bets, would it even have helped for me to have had the ticket #'s? I want to add that I am in no way trying to bash CRIS. I just want to figure out what happened.

Around 6:30 they were having a problem with placed wagers, i placed mine they checked open bets, noticing they weren't there...in the live chat they told me give them 10 mins and it would be cleared up, so i logged back in later and rebet them...no probs after that.

I am NOT trying to imply CRIS is doing something shady. I KNOW that is not the case. Brock, when you had the problem yesterday, did it display a ticket # on confirmation? If you are on Central time, that is approximately the same time I had my problems.

I noticed after I put in a few bets last night, they seemed to have been accepted, gave a message saying wager accepted etc but there was also a message in red to the right of the page saying "error placing wagers".

Checked open bets and nothing was there so I bet elsewhere, this was around 7:15 pm eastern time.

I guess I missed the error message. At least now I can reasonably assume I didn't hallucinate making the bets. Thanks

I got the error message as well...and to be honest it didn't look much different from the bets acceptance page, so it was quite easy to overlook. They need to work on this, as they must put something up a little bit more dramatic to inform you that your wagers are not good.

Its really simple to copy and paste and then you have the ticket number recorded. No need for screenshots as they can be fixed anyway, unless you prefer that record style.

Can't be stressed too much, always store a record on your computer.

Sad is it may seem you must not of clicked confirm wager. I know it sounds inconceivable but when you get complacent, mistakes happen.

I have had this happen b4. A screen that looks EXACTLY like the confirmation screen appears, but there is no confirmation number. Just a message where there is usually a confirmation number. The screen should be completely different if the wager is not accepted.

hey i have a question to rx members?,...and again this chat forum is kinda nice when it comes to sports gambling,.....not many places degenerates like us can comunicate,.......anyhow,.....does anyone call and get lines and wager through the off shores anymore?,.....i dont bet that much anymore and it is basically just locally for the football season,.....i use to bet pretty big through a couple of places years ago though and i always found it kinda strange and maybee my imagination,...but it was like i could wager on one side and the operators would try and get the juice or they would try and make the bet minimum,.....example: if i said 200 on oakland raiders,....if they really wanted my money on oakland,....they would read back as oakland 220 to win 200 and then confirm,etc,......if they didnt want the money on oakland,..they would read of something like 180sumptin to win 200 is that correct and then confirm,..etc,...............i always remembered that dealing with betting on a personal level with the off shores,......it was almost like their computer screen would be in a diffrent collor or something on what side they wanted action on,.....kinda a wierd thing,...i just always remembered that, because i always called the there off shore and wagered the other way when i got the 220 to win 200,......well that was just one of the strange things i remember when i use to wager by phone through the off shore,......seeems like everything is done on line now,....granted it is way easy,....almost feels like the off shores want it like that though.

If you said you wanted $200 on the Raiders, then thats what you have, 200 to win 180 and change. These off-shore books are like Vegas. You say you want 200, thats what you got. If you want 220 on the game, you have to say 220.

Some operators assume you want to win 200 so they come back with 220-200.

hey chuck,..yeah hey its been awhile since i really was involved in the gambling other than just for : pretty much excitement,....its just back when it seemed the phone plays: dealing with poeple on the other end,....i seriously could through that dollar amount out and they could take the wager for or against the play,...you know juice or minus juice,....seeems strange,..yeah i dont doubt it,...its just it cam in so regularlly that i did indeed play the other side when i got the read back and confirm play,............well it was just a question i had, as i see so many little off shores pop up over the years and everything is just done on the internet now,............boy i miss the call up ,...dealing witht he low payed personal operators that you get to know first hand when bets are called in!!
