I received the first partial payment of $1000 and was supposed to received 3 more payments of $1000 and the last for $561...After receiving $1000 on Thursday, i have received ZERO on Friday, Saturday (talked to my bank an they do process eft's on Saturday)and today.. STILL NOT A SLOW PAY ROBERTO?????I put in the withrawal request 1 week ago btw...This is a screw job in the making.:hump:

As of this morning, the final payment to Vegas has been sent to his bank. I've done everything I can to ensure Vegas that his funds are being paid to him as fast as the ACH system will allow, but I unfortunately cannot speed up a system that has a 2-4 business day turnaround.
I understand that when it comes to money, emotions can run high, and I find it unfortunate and a bit disheartening that I have been unable to quell Vegas's anger in regards to this issue.
We run a clean, reputable, honest book, and we at betED each did our best to ensure that Vegas was looked after every step of the way. I personally took care of many of his special service requests, even though it was outside of my department, since I felt we had developed a rapport over the past months. Not to mention that some of our junior CS reps felt a bit intimidated by Vegas's derogatory language and tone, and weren't quite sure how to deal with him.
Anyway, Vegas's account is now closed for good, the balance of his winnings are on the way, and we can all move on. Vegas, we hope you find what you're looking for.

So give me a break with their excuses. They are not bookmakers, they are some pencil pushers who have no idea about this game and imagine (and hope) they are gone soon enough. I may be crazy (at least thats what the doctor tells me:howdy: ) but i'm not dumb...
I will just end it by saying that everyone on the board here knows me. I didn't just signup to bash these dopes. In fact out of my 800+ posts i have only posted about 2 books that did me wrong. Yes, i have a tendency to go off the deep end when i feel i have been threatened or feel i am getting the shaft but heres an idea Beted, Hire some competent staff, don't bullshit and screw your customers and people will be less likely to get pissed. Simple............

I agree zzz with what you said... It just got me so pissed that they kept screwing me around in so many different ways i finally just had to get it out. I agree as well with your theory on it being more sensical to wait. I think the reason they are screwing around with the last few withdrawals is because of my posting.

Final receipt of the funds depends on the ACH network (2-4 business days). All of this information and correspondence was provided to Roberto from TOW, who tried to provide some closure on this issue in a previous thread, and who agreed that betED is definitely not "screwing" anyone.
Despite Vegas's rants, he is still a VIP until he gets paid in full, and I await his verification of receipt of his winnings.

Vegas is not new at going off at books, yet he is entitled to his money. BetED NEVER slow paid Vegas. His withdrawal choice (ACH) may require up to 4 business days to hit an account.
I have followed up on Vegas case and have seen records that prove that his balance has been paid in full within the terms set in BetED rules.
BetED caters several hundred players and Vegas is apparently the only one experiencing this kind of situation.
Opening a Neteller account could represent an ideal solution for his need of faster payout.
This being said Vegas complaint has been adressed by the book in a professional, courteous and fashionable way.
