Not happy with Pinnacle... Dallas +1500 Live never got placed :(

I was watching the game with the Live betting dynamic lines on my laptop... as SOON as Dallas Moneyline went +1500 I said I'll gamble at that and immediately risked $100.00 on it. I entered my password and hit submit and no play had happened yet... the server churns and churns, the next play goes off, and then it says my wager has been cancelled.

What garbage from a book I usually like. Just when something would've went MY way. I'm going to e-mail them, but I'm expecting a canned response.

Server problems happen, they can't be responsible. And it was probably your computer as I was watching live the whole time and never had a problem, got down myself on +1500 and it was accepted.

I was doing the same, but it actually was offered as a bad line first at +15000 before being corrected to +1500. Perhaps that is the reason you got locked out. They were making the correction.

same thing happened to me last week.I must have tried 20 times to get the bet in and finally it took.

there was one time that it was posted at 2K and moved to 1.5K, when I read this that's what I assumed he meant..wasn't watching that closely though. It dropped to 1330 or so pretty fast

D2Bets... out of curiosity... did you place anything sizeable on it? And do you live bet often on Pinnacle?

E-mailed Pinnacle... I'll let you know if I hear anything. I know the connection issue wasn't on my side because I was halfway entering Live Bets at several points throughout just in case I wanted to place them. The thing that bothers me is that I've seen several instances in the past on regular and Live lines where if you place a bet on a side where the number gets better after you bet, they will take your bet at the worse number. I'm pretty sure that's an intended design in their system.

I play the live stuff at pinny pretty regularly and it varies, sometimes it doesn't go through. You have to have great timing and quick fingers. Couldn't you hit it after the next play?

No, when it finally came back it was at +1220. I wasn't going to lose +280 in value over 1 play. Their CSR has been replying to my e-mails, but she doesn't even understand that it's a Live Betting wager. She's telling me about how the event cutoff times are posted that I should've bet it earlier. I guess DYNAMIC LINES and typing 100 WPM isn't fast enough :icon_conf

It was 500/7,500 and I bet live ocassionally at Pinny. They don't have it that often. I saw the +15000 and knew that was wrong, bet +1500 just after that.

I have noticed that when it's on dynamic lines sometimes it will have a problem being processed. I like to place wagers from non-dynamic lines.

And I think your design hypothesis is wrong because I;ve had numerous times where I got o bet a number, I see it's changed and not it's even better. It happens both ways.
