Not saying that he is a bad coach at all. My point is he is one helluva defense of coach and without the right players you can come up with all the magical schemes in the world if you don't have the players to execute them than you can' be as succesfull. My point is not about Bellechick it is about how everyone points to a coach when things go wrong, when it is the players who make the plays.
