Keep a sticky in that room, with MicroSoft Official Updates news....Update it everytime some new patches/fixes come out
That is the number one problem why most of these guys have problems

Perhaps a step by step feature on currently updating your system to all the latest Microsoft Official patches/fixes.....I think it would help out these guys a ton

Esp. some that are not on SP2
