now... after i put $$$ in they tell me that "account acctivity" will be reviewed
if i want to take out my money after 30 days... she (ana) basically said that it is 5XXXXXXX!!!!!!!!!! 775

Did you expect no rollover requirement, just deposit and wait for your investment to mature? Clearly, any deposits made in good faith, taking a huge bonus to gamble with while trying the site would have no issues.

If you check the small print on the promo it says something to the effect that normal bonus rules apply. I had to phone since I had trouble finding the rules on the website, as did the rep, but we found them and it means 5X rollover.

You didn't really expect free money with no obligation now, did you?

Unfortunately, they may need to train up their customer service a bit since both snow and kid didn't feel it was successfully disclosed. But ..... I know of no bonus situation where there is not a rollover. It ranges from 3x (Pinny) to 7x so 5 dimes is in the middle (no scam here). Agree about the 30 days - really like to do without it - but I've heard great things about 5 dimes so I'll probably sign up in the future after I rollover 7X + 30 days and several other books :103631605

considering all they gave on that small deposit, it is manageable and not unrealistic, but I agree the customer service people on the chat need to know all of this...

If this is true, then it almost negates the value of the bonus, though.

They ALREADY have a 20% bonus up to $1000 for first time users with a 5x rollover requirement for the deposit and a 30 day withholding period. Why would this deal be any better?

Not disclosing the 5x rollover is bad, but with the 5x rollover, this bonus almost becomes not worth it.

It can go higher than 7X, I've seen 10X, even 30X ( 100% bonus) but there are ways to attack a 30X, namely bet both sides of a game.

30 day wait to cashout?
Ugh.
That is a no go from the start.

When I posted with 5dimes for the first time years ago, my initial deposit was 250 or 300. I wasn't even aware that there is a bonus. In a couple of days I see a sudden "bonus" money that has appeared when I try placing a bet, so I'm thinking what the hell? I'll try playing with it. I bet it, it wins.
After a week I place my first withdrawal request. Rejected. No explanation. I go to the live support and they go hard with the 30 day rule, "No problem sir, we may proceed your withdrawal, but you lose your bonus money AND the win from the bonus money.". I said sure, go ahead(it was about a 100 quid in total), but till today I'm a bit cross with them cause of that rule.

PS: Otherwise, I've seen only good from 5dimes.

It always make me think twice about a books solvency when they apply a "30 day hold" on deposits. One would assume that such a company is having financial issues and needs to hold onto deposits longer.

I would seriously advise staying away from books with this policy. For starters your money is tied up doing nothing, and second who knows how solid a book is to have to enact such a rule.

Most of us could operate a book on minimal funds if we enacted such a policy.

Someone wins big? Just pay with other deposits and eventually because of the nature of gambling it will all even out.

Funny thing...when I talked to them about it just yeterday, they never mentioned the 30 day requirment! Just the part about account activity, and no rollover. They need to train these CS people better so that they don't keep leaving important details out of each conversation! (And it sounds like you talked to the same person I did.)

Chat InformationYou are now chatting with 'Ana'
Ana: Hello. How may I assist you?
Ana: Hello. How may I assist you?
Nick: Hello. I was woundering about your "Player Rewards Pack & Extreme Player Rewards Pack" offer. Is there a rollover requirment?
Ana: which one is the one that you are interested in
Nick: deposit 775 exactly as a new account and get the 200 matchplay, 100 matchplay in the casino and a couple free parlays and a few other things.
Ana: this is only for new accounts, and no, there is no 5 time rollover to get this bonuses posted into your bonus account
Ana: your account must show activity before redeeming.
Nick: ok, thanks.
Ana: anything else?
Nick: what exactly do you mean by "activity"?
Ana: activity that shows that you are not JUST taking advantage of the bonus and taking the money out....but actually playing
Nick: so it's up to your own judgement if I have shown enough activity to warrent keeping the bonus money?
Ana: correct
Nick: ok, that's all. thank you.

Wrong, since I started playing there 5-6 yrs ago you only had to put 5X your deposit in action to even touch or use the matchplay bonus (then you had to win the wager to actually get the bonus) but sometime in between then and now they added the 30 day rule where you can only withdraw the winnings and I guess this 5X rule (Remember the old way was you had to do 5X to even play/touch the MP bonus). 5 Dimes is in my Top 3 list IMO but truth be told they didn't tell me over live chat that there was a rollover to the bonus even when I directly asked. They only said a 30 day hold on deposit and bonus which was fine for me considering what they were offering.
