Watch or get the movie Office Space in your DVD rotation! It's on AMC right now. I've seen it twice before and it gets funnier each time I watch it.

Office Space is one of my all-time favorite movies. A classic, a must-have for everyone. Goddamn that's some funny shit.

Love the scene where they are beating the crap out of the computers with the gansta rap playing. Set up like a rap video and they have to restrain the one dude from "killing" the printer.

It's a good movie, but not great in my eyes. If you've worked in the cubicle environment, then Office Space absolutely hits home. As does The Office on NBC. However Office Space is yet another movie ruined with a near meaningless love story. Another one I always think of that falls into the same category is Casino. The first 90 minutes is awesome. The next half is kinda take it or leave it. I know the love story is more important to Casino than it was Office Space, but I still could have done without it.

I agree with your Casino assessment. Even though Sharon Stone won an Oscar, I always thought that if Scorcese deleted the one hour or so dedicated to her character, it would have been a way better show.

But I thought, as much as I hate the romance crap in movies, that the Office Space one worked. It showed how once the main guy stopped giving a shit and worrying about everything, he started kicking ass at work and scoring with the babes. I found a lot of truth in that.

Stressful day as in slamming your thumb in a door, having the fingernail go black underneath and then drilling some holes in your nail to get the blood out??

"I was told that if I were late one more time that I would be summarily dismissed."

"Excuse me. Excuse me, Senor. May I speak to you please? I asked for a
mai tai, a margarita, and a pina colada. I asked for no salt, nooo salt
in the margarita. But it had salt in it. (the waiter leaves) If you do
that again, I won't be leaving a tip. I won't be putting one down. Sir?
I could check into a competing resort..."
