Hollywood Bonus???IS this a bonus???

I read Hollywood Sportbooks' policy on bonuses.....10% sign up bonus......but.....only if u have a NEGATIVE BALANCE!!!!! So what the heck does this mean? You have to lose to get the bonus? I have never seen anything like this in my life. Are they nuts?

That's for a re-up. They offer a 10% initial bonus.

All new accounts of $300 or more, receive at least a 10% cash bonus. If you join as a Star Treatment Player, you can get up to 30% up front and another 10% back on NFL losses. Either way, Lay -107 on everything, or go for the big bonuses, it's a good deal.
