Dante, have to disagree with everything you said.
Their software ranks among the worst I have ever used. The ticket "sliding to the left" is just stupid. Tough software to navigate. Sometimes when you make a bet, you are immidiately logged out of the site, leaving you unsure if your bet was ever accepted.
Their live chat is maybe the worst in the industry. It constantly disconnects you, and their reps take forever to answer a simple question. I have had some conversations with them that take 30 minutes that should only take 5 minutes.
(BTW, I would rank CRIS/DSI as having the most effecient Live Help in the business.)
They also cancelled one of my bets there, claiming bad line, when it wasn't even close. Only with the help of Roberto was I able to re-coup my losses.
Not doubting the safety of funds issue, but this company has taken a steep turn for the worse since the merger.
Not much of a reason to play at this shop.
