and reached out onto your porch and discovered that the newspaper that had been delivered to you was dated for the following day... What are some of the things that you would do, and in which order?

This was once an old Hitchcock episode from the 60's where the guy would bet the winners at the race track, stock market etc.....and finally one day he noticed that he was included in the obituaries.

Check out the pick 6's and trifecta's from that previous day, probably before any other thing, unless there happened to be a BIG lottery drawing that night.

Would you be obvious, and go overboard to draw suspicion, or would you buy just a little to make yourself rich and happy?

I have often thought about this, as the first of my 3 wisheds from the proverbial genie would be "tomorrow's newspaper."

Wasn't there a TV show about this? A guy would get tomorrow's paper and then he would try to save people from dying, prevent crimes from being committed, etc. I never watched it, but I remember seeing ads for this a couple of years ago.

Only remember the Hitchcock thing where he finally saw his obituary after using his greed for many days. Also Hitchcock had an episode where a guy had a camera that produced a finished picture from the future. He used this camera at the racetrack to get the photo finishes (and winners)

Ya need big dough for this....I would stick with Landers and go for the 500-1 stuff and better. I would also do a 10 team parlay with every shop across the globe....just to see if they could pay me.

Yes, that would be more satisfying than money.

So I'd save somebody's life.

THEN I'd go to 7-11 and buy the lottery tickets.

I've thought about this.

Assume it is 9/10/01, and you discover what is planned for the next day.

How would you stop the attacks? Who would you notify? You can't just pick up the phone and call George Bush, the Pentagon, etc.
