Anyone notice a lot of "plug pullers" when playing online poker?

The more I play especially at Poker Stars, the more this is VERY VERY evident....They call to the turn usually, and then all of a sudden they disconnect and go all in....Obviously that way they dont have to continue to bet to see the winning hand....

It doesn't appear that PokerStars has a "limit" of ALL-IN disconnects allowed....

Why do they allow this to happen without imposing a limit when in table money games?

I have seen the dis-connect strategy a couple of times.

Really has not caused me any pain.
