Tiki Barber is a good one. Don't be silly with the LT comparisons.

I've watched both Reggie Bush and LT. They both make the defender look like they are taking a dump while the running back runs by.

The next Gale Sayers. Does it all just like the Kansas Comet. Kickoffs, punt returns, running, receiving. Can go the distance anytime (even if the D is there) and still get tough yards when really needed between the tackles. He's more of a must see player than Vick or Barry Sanders.

He's to this USC team what Johnny Rodgers was to NU in 70-72. Just look at the clutch plays #20 made in the real"game of the century" NU 35 OU 31

He doesn't run between the tackles very well, which is a must for long-term NFL success.

Only has to get first down yards on 3rd down carries which he will do at a better rate than you'll want to admit. When he breaks the crease at the line, he's gone. I laugh at people trying to find a flaw in his game. Anyone remeber receiving show he put on last year in opening game against Va Tech?

Problem is Birdman, there are lbs and dbs that are just as fast in the NFL. He will have to show the ability to make tough yards. If Houston drafts first, they have a dilemma as they really need a lineman far more than a rb or qb.

I agree ith FW he's more of an outside runner to this point...he appears to be much faster than Tiki, who is more of a weaver...if he had as good a career in the NFL as Tiki that would be pretty darn good.

Philly has a Tiki-Barber type on their team. Too bad they quit using him this year.

I know about 15 teams who would kill to have Tiki. Verrry underrated player, and classy too.

Sanders wasn't the fastest back either though.

He reminds me of OJ Simpson, then again that uniform and those long runs down the sideline may have something to do with that.

Actually, the DBs are even faster and some LBs may be just as fast. BUT, Reggie's strength is acceleration. I would bet my mortgage, that he beats everyone in the shuttle and change of direction cone tests easily. Look for him to set records in those drills at the combine. Football is a game played in space or small boxes and Bush wins over an opponent in those battles.

Now, in NFL, the frequency of his big plays will be greatly reduced when compared to NCAA, but he'll make more than anyone else while he's playing in his first few years
