Well, maybe against my better judgement I opened an account at Millennium. Within 5 minutes, and I mean no longer, a salesperson calls my cellular phone and asks me to send money. I certainly did not want some salesman calling me like I was at a used car lot.
To add to my disgust, after writing them 2 emails and waiting now for 2 days. I have not heard a word from them. I wrote them asking about the bonus they offer and if money line plays count toward the rollever and some other questions.
Quick to ask for money but way to slow to offer customer assistance.
I am now reconsidering sending them anything.

Write them an email telling them you have 10k to send them but you don't know how. I bet you will get a quick reply then.

Try their live chat function.

Wouldn't they need it to verify who I am if I need to make a withdrawal?

never give a real phone number.

an excuse not to pay you if you win, you would be a fraud.

Tesco, have you ever had problems withdrawing from Millennium via neteller? Have you ever needed any additional I.D or anything?

Do these people have no shame? Do what Hitman26 suggested. E-mail Millennium to ask them how you can deposit $10,000 and see how fast they answer your e-mail.

Dumb question but how do you withdraw from Mill. Online do you have to call them to make withdraw? I have looked all over the site and have not found a withdraw option.

I have received 3 telephone calls from them since opening the account a few weeks ago for NBA contest. Drives me crazy, but fortunately, their call comes up as unavailable, so I know that it is them or someone else I don't want to talk to.

The live chat worked out well. I am sure it was a real person and not automated because I tried to trick it by misspelling words and such. Whomever it was probably thought I was an idiot but oh well.
However, he did insist that they responded to my two emails. That was bullshit. He said he would resend it to prove it. I am still waiting on that.
I might try the method suggested on this thread to say I want to know how I can send 10k to the account and count the seconds it takes to hear from them then.

nhoj: The customer service rep said that a phone call must be made for a withdrawal. If it were not for their 6 point basketball teaser prices I would lay of that book.

Just an update on Millennium: After they called my cell and e-mailed me within five minutes of me registering at their site, they have yet to return any of my e-mails. I even talked to their live chat, with them assuring me they would answer my e-mail questions. Still nothing.

With that kind of lousy service, what will it be like after Millennium has my money? I wanted to bet their 6 point bb teasers. Oh well. Any other books offer 2 team 6 point bb teasers?

Next time I will not give my phone number. Thanks Dante. I am used to dealing with first class operations like Olympic. My first experience with a low class book like Millennium.

Any books out there with 2 team 6 point bb teasers? Can I get a yes or no?

You don't have to give a phone number, and if any books says you do, then they are not worth using IMO...I have never known any book to make anyone give a phone number.
