weeeeel,...actually had a decent,.....not writing home about weekend,.....................................now last weekend,...gods honest truth went 6-0 in college and boy, if i was bettin everygame,....well i woulda hit darn near everyone,......this week,...no magor plays,..i did like army on the write in games,.,.........played a couple games for a large sum,...broke even,...so i donated to my local retired bookie,....i will say this thogh,....the offshore has undercut some nice plays the last two weeks,....so i have had some winners and am up this week,....not claiming to be anywhere near a pro,......but i do claim this,:....im going on over 11-12 years of this routine,.....love them offshores who create the great cut throat lines!!(thanks for the 2 early 1 oclock games this sunday)

Thanks Bigdong, actually I usually suck in hoops, was just a weekend where some teams I follow were squaring off, had the Bulls yesterday pretty big, as well as the Clippers, also had the Clippers over Lakers on Friday. Used to live in Chicago and LA, those are the only teams I know enough about to bet consistently. Usually I just stay away or steal picks from the fellas in the NBA forum.
edub,...i hear that,...gosh football seams pretty tame compared to the nba,.........i mean i did seriously have plays,.....i got the usa today,....and kept track of all the match ups,........used all my will power just to lay low and play teams that were matched up before,...with the line being soft or over the top,......just looking for that rare play,...(well totals included) you know if a match up went under,...yet the total again was higher?,..then i was all over that,.........................with all that said it is easier said than done,...gosh,...the pro's and college bb is tougher than it will always seem,.....i just ended up not having the discipline needed,..................................on the one brite note,......i wagered my most ever amount on houston against la lakers,...hey not sure the year,...and im not gonna mention the amount,...i just know i am not gonna ever top it,....it was back in the day,...it came in and probally helps me just keep calm and do this more for fun than anything else,...(hey i just will always have that claim to a large bet that came in),...kinda cool,...although i wouldnt even care to try and top it nowadays,.....
I hope everyone is winning. This year might be "square city" but honetsly up to now it has been my best year in the NFL in A long long time, if not ever.
This next week is probably the hardest to figure out, and only because the teams are matched up a little more evenly, good against good, and bad against bad. So it is a lot easier to make a case for BOTH sides. Not like most of this year has been. That is why the favs have been winning so easilly, because the good teams are so much better than the bad teams.
But people continually try to outsmart themselves by taking HORRIBLE teams to try and cover a number for them ,that MAY have a few extra points, but still not enough. I have been preaching it all year, maybe I have just been lucky, maybe not.
But when you look at results and see 2-8/3-7 and 8-2/7-3 everywhwere it doesn't take a genius to see the seperation in the league this year.
Luckily for the books all the 2-8/3-7 teams are playing each other and 7-3/8-2 are playing each other, and even the few 6-4 teams are facing off. So the booskcan finally post some legit lines and have teams that can have cases made for them for covering boththe dog and fav.

It was a tale of 2 opposite days. I got killed on Saturday but made all if it back and then some on Sunday. For example on how opposite my days were, I had Michigan on Saturday and had to sit through 2 4th quarter TDs or the loss, but on Sunday I had New Orleans and got to watch the backdoor open for me. Its nice to see that I at least was on the winning side of a 4th quarter too. So, all in all, it was profitable weekend
