My WWTS experience

On Thursday November 10, I deposited $ 300 into WWTS via instant bank transfer. I had a small balance there already, but all was tied up in pending wagers.

On Monday November 14, my balance was up to $ 4,000 and I called to make a withdrawal. I was told that because of the $ 300 deposit referred to above, I could not make a withdrawal until Friday November 18. I was a little disappointed but expected such response. I told them I could prove the $ 300 already cleared my account but they're not interested.

On Friday November 18 my account was up to $ 9,000 and I called to make a withdrawal. I was told the $ 300 still has not cleared their system and I still could not make a withdrawal. Now I'm a little annoyed, I told them about the Monday phone call and they explained that since Friday November 11 was a holiday in the states, the funds would not be available until 12:01 AM Saturday. Since they do not send money out on weekends, I didn't bother calling until Monday.

Now Monday, November 21 my account is up to $ 14,000 and I call to make a withdrawal. I'm told THE $ 300 CHECK FROM NOVEMBER 10TH HAS NOT CLEARED THEIR SYSTEM. Now I'm mad. I once again explained the prior phone calls and told them I could prove to them the check cleared my account a week ago. I told them I expected a manager to make a customer service decision. The manager did not come to the phone, but the rep told me she would "try" to have the withdrawal processed today. I was also told the daily limit would be $ 5,000.

I want to emphasize that I am not concerned about being paid, but that I'm frustrated with the delay, lack of decision making in customer service and the $ 5,000 daily limit.

Do all books have these same policies?
Would any have processed the payout sooner under these circumstances?
Do all have $ 5,000 payout limits?
What books payout the quickest? have the best customer service?

I remember reading a post where the person said his withdrawals are in his Netteller account within "5 minutes". Are there books that pay this fast?

Lastly, does posting something like this on this board put my money at risk?

Am I alone?

Absolutely not!

If you feel at any time you may need some extra existance, please feel free to have any of the mods here assist you.

Hopefully you will be completely satisfied in regards to your payouts sooner than later.

By the way, congrats on the nice run up of your BR at WWTS.

Absolutely not - you will get paid. The process with bank transfers takes longer than it should. Unfortunate to say the least.

WWTS was slower than most with me too. Not saying they ever made me feel like I wasn't getting paid just seemed to take longer than most places.

I'd sit on that money until I got paid. No sense putting it at risk now!:suomi:

In many of the countrys where books do banking, it can take up to 3 weeks for a check to clear. Sucks, but is the nature of the beast.

Good GRIEF, Willie! LOL! I could never imagine turning $300 into that much!

DO ME A BIG favor and don't do what they want you to do (which is why it's slow many times, in my opinion.) Don't continue to play AT ALL. If the money is of any amount to you, then wait. Put $300 (or however much you like) into another book somewhere and play that money, but wait on this money to be cash in your hand before you play any more at the book. Get the money in hand and start fresh with a new small balance. And also, send me 2k just for yucks. Happy thanksgiving Willie, you lucky #$%((@*&!!

First off Congrats! Next, you are not alone. They tried the same stall technique on me before but not for the amount stratch you hit for :103631605 . Their plan on you losing your balance while the check is still "pending" backfired. I know you'll get your money eventually but after that I would steer clear of these jokers.

WWTS has 2 rules which are posted nowhere on their site (at least not where a reasonable person can find):

NETeller w/ds have a $5000 w/d limit PER DAY

NETeller w/ds have a $10,000 w/d limit PER MONTH

Very crappy of them to not post these limits on their site under the banking/withdrawals section(s).
