Sports Pager Question

This may be a stupid question, but I've been looking into getting a sports pager for updates etc. but was wondering if the pagers give you updated lines as well or just scores and updates? Any info provided is much appreciated. Thanks!!

P.S.: What books give out free pagers or where can I find a cheap one?

Search Ebay, if you don't want to get it from a book. Not sure what books offer them, I think Cris might with a large enough deposit, other posters will know. I got mine off Ebay, very pleased with it, cost around $75.

Funny you posted. I just purchased one off of Ebay last week. Still better then getting the scores on the phone off the internet.

It updates the lines.

Those days listening to score phones was sure something. I don't miss Jack Price or Johny DeMarco one bit.

How are the CRIS pagers? Do they carry your subscription as long as you play?

Too many problems with pagers. Just dial 1 800 555 8355 and say the name of the sport and the team you are looking for. It's free and no one will hassle you.
