It looks like Jay Leno will have to find a new basketball team to rag on in his Tonight Show monologues, because for the first time in ages the Clippers don’t suck. Read more....

Hey! Where's the love for my Warriors. Just kidding. Great start by the "Clip", I mean the Clippers. Can blame you Clip for being excited.

I know the feeling. When was the last time the Warriors were over .500 at the beginning of the season. Love to watch them play. GM Chris Mullins has done a great job putting the pieces together and hiring coach Montgomery away from Stanford. Top draft pick, Ike Diogu will play shortly. Can't wait to see how he will fit in. How about a race between the Clippers and the Warriors for the division? It works for me.

Ted how long have you been a Warriors fan?

Also, do you remember the San francisco Dons teams with Quinton Dailey?

Funny thing is, this might be the first time I have to pay full price for the Nets/Clippers tickets I always get.

$250 a ticket is nuts!!!!

I don't know how anyone would or could justify paying $250 for one NBA game!

Since before the Warriors home was at the Oakland Coliseum. They use to be the San Francisco Warriors and the main box office was one block from my office in the downtown Civic Center area. This was before they won the championship back in I can't remember what year. I use to be able to go to the main box office and literally pick seats at center court, just behind the seats at floor level, for $8 a seat for almost any game. I was there at the Cow Palace for the championship series. That was a long time ago. After they won the championship, prices started to rise, a different fan base entered and the rest we know all too well.

As for USF, I remember as far back as Bill Russell and Casey Jones playing so yes I remember Dailey.

With so many games on FSN, there really is very little need to pay today's prices to go to the games. It would be nice, but not necessary.

The Warriors upset the Bullets in I think 1975-76....

Dailey was from Baltimore that was why i asked, I remember one year they started like 22-0 or something and were the talk of college basketball before fading...and Dailey ended up ruining his future being charged with rape, I believe that was the beginning of the end for that program as they were given the death penalty.

It's actually right behind the vistor's bench and that's face value!!!

Last year, the guy let me have them for $125 each. Now I don't get that discount. :)

I want to see U2 tonight in NYC and that's the min. on EBAY for a ticket.

How have you been feeling Tony? Hope you feel better.

Thanks for asking.

Still have a problem. Some chest pain and numbness now and then in my left arm.

Have to go in for one of those radioactive stress tests. Can't wait.
