First experiece at wwts

I havent bet on sports in a few years but started again a few months back
Anyway I depsoited at a few books but in the end played mostly at pinnacle
I deposited at wwts placed 2 wagers ( lost one for 1000 won o ne for 500) and eventually withdrew
Ive only used neteller for my tranactions and now they asking me for scanned id and a stool sample?( It also didnt help that they never emailed me for this crap I actually wrote to them after waiting a week for payment)
Is this normal?

Thats unusual. It should never happen if you deposited via Neteller. Then again, I am hearing quite a few complaints about WWTS. Maybe the mods can help.

I just got off of the phone with these clowns
Theyre acting like its 1999 and I used a credit card
Its not so much faing them my id which is pissing me off it is their horseshit customer service
1. Dont ask for me to fax anything in when I depsit several thousand dollars from my neteller acocount in mid october
2. Their lines suck balls so I only placed 2 bets in 5 weeks
3. I request a withdrawl almost a week ago and they dont even email me asking for the info to be faxed to them I only find out when I inquire about my withdrawl in their live help

I was actually withdrawing since I wont be betting again until baseball season but no I see how bad their customer service is and will not be betting their again
Ill fax this crap into these clowns and I will post what happens from their

not many good lines, bad bonus rules, mediocre service too

Does Neteller rings a bell? Neteller supports ID verification with merchant clients. ANY book can request that from neteller. NOBODY needs to provide any info once the neteller account has been certified.

I do. You can't do anything with neteller before you certify it.

Why no ID on the deposit? Its a Neteller deposit, there is no need whatsoever to ask for ID when same person wants his money returned to him in the same matter it was received. This is a stall tactic or incompetence.

Yes I am clearly hiding something
THe fact is I want my fucking money last Friday like I would have had from any other poker site or sportsbook
I am also hiding the fact that I dont have a fax machine and dont feel like getting off my lazy ass to go pay to use one in fucking kinkos
These clowns can't even give me a stright answer
At first they were telling me this is to verify a credit card which I have never used there and when I told them I used neteller they put me on hold for 15 minutes and came back and said they need my id

Is faxing my id in a huge deal no? Topping it off with dogshit customer service
is a great combination

Well when i sent in my documentation, i just took a picture from my digital camera and sent that as an attachment.

CERTAINLY you have a digital camera. If you do not, then use these winnings to buy one!! They only cost around $100 now for a pretty good one

WWTS advertises here. They have a posting presence here. Why not help get this guy paid his money? WWTS is fast becoming a stay away book. Reason: Incompetence! I have spoken to these idiots via e-mail during baseball. Totally clueless.

They are a bunch of jerkoffs, ever since they took over(was sold?) that big groupl of books. I am running up a nice balance there, hope i dont have to jump thourgh loopholes to get paid.
