Married 3 yrs, been with her 6 years. As much as I may bitch, I am actually very happy. She puts up with my gambling (making dinner for me now so I can take a run to the casino as a matter of fact). All she cares about is that all bills are paid, after that if I want to gamble, she has no problem. I never hid it from her from the day we met, if she was gonna stay with me she had to know my vice.

Was married for 17 years, happily i might add for the most.
Wife was an RN at the hospital, hospital was short staffed one night an wife and other nurse went to roll over about a 400 lb woman. Wife hurt neck as she lifted for all her might. Operation was not a success and she got strung out on pain pills, found the Lord, went through the change of life. Naturally ALL of the above spelled doom for me. Now that she has been gone for almost 5 years, have come to the conclusion that i really dont need wife in life. But thats just me, as i used to think that i had to have a woman around at all times, good or bad. Its just crazy how things change in this world of today.

Vert true, the slightest circumstance can change a life or create a life, my ex-wife, long story short, if it had not been for the invention of caller ID (which was new at the time 1991) I would have never met her nor had my daughter...amazing how one small detail can mean so much.
