IF it was a 1 time rollover I'd say NO. How about rainouts, pitching changes etc.

Depends on book, really ! Action point bets are great for rollovers but only offered by a few books.

Some books "cancel" the wager and you do not get credit for it. Others count it towrads your roll. Just depends on the book. If you have a question on a specific books policy just ask them up front.

There are a few books who don't count pushes towards rollover. Bullshit policy IMO.

one book gave me a Bonus Play and it pushed......and they said sorry, tough break, there goes your bonus. find out ahead of time the policy.
