Hey has anyone else gotten this email lately from wagerweb?

Sir

This email is to inform you of our new prop policy.

All players who wager on props must also wager on other regular lines or the account will be closed. As of today you must wager at least 5 times your prop volume each day on other regular listed games as well.

Your account has been locked until you confirm your understanding of this with a return email.

If you wish to close your account please email us back and we will return your funds immediately.

I tried to work something out with them but they wouldn't budge. I used to love this book. I play lots of props but now seems illogical to do so forcing me into more action on things I don't want to bet.

wagerweb has been doing that to a lot of people lately,i like the book also but what a joke of a policy this is,if they are afraid of people betting props then DON'T OFFER THEM!!!!!

I agree ... but when I think about it further, they are afraid people will WIN, because if this wasn't the case they would have this rule up for everyone.

Maybe the prop line manager that needs to be fired

... or maybe its the prop line manager that made up this rule and is sending out the emails

It was very surprising. Always had great experiences with this book for 2 years or so. When i explained how they wouldn't likely get my business anymore they ddin't care either. I'm sure they just did this to get me out anyway.

No e-mail here, but I lay low with their props. I often see -115 both ways. I'm not sure why they bother with props, at all.

There props are extremely scalpable - In September they told me of their 5 to 1 rule -
I've been followinf it everyweek and still making money - taking polish scalps (small ones on their reg bets to get my hands on their props)

We do not want you winning here. Losers only. Don't mistake us for a real sportsbook. We're here to bloodsuck the losers dry. That just about covers Wagerweb's policy.

Crazy rules and decision, but at least they are book with a good payout history.
