Bills get so fucking lucky, Car get's robbed twice, once on the bad call on an obvious fumble. The guy was no where fucking near down and the ref calls him down by contact? Then the Bills drive down and get a field goal on the BS call :finger:
Typically the refs will let the play go until the ball carrier is definitely down just in case they missed the call. Then it can be reviewable. If the ball carrier is called down on a close play it can't be reviewed since the whistle has blown.
quantumleap, I know the rule, what I was saying was it was a very BAD call and that the Down by Contact rule should be thrown out or it should be revueable even if the ref calls the player down by contact...
