And, of course, accurate. Yahoo Sports, as other posters have noted, are often wrong.

And I saw an hour ago on Scores and Odds that the FINAL SCORE in the SanDiego/Washington game was 23-10 - missing 7 pts by the Skins. And S&O never shows Overtime.

Don Best, for some pcs like the one I use at home, loads too slow.

Any suggestions?

The site for my fantasy football league on Yahoo is almost real time in MOST cases.

cbssportsline is mere seconds behind(in the NFL at least).

I don't think there are any that are 100% accurate 100% of the time.

sportsline has it's share of glitches, but like the little box than does the play-by-play....

Yahoo is better though, imo, if you want fast updates

For the NFL, definitely use www.nfl.com for the gamecast that is on screen play by play and roughly less then one minute behind the play. All games are shown on the scoreboard while you choose whichever one you want to view. Best of all it's all free.

I use espn.com or scoresandodds.com and they are rather good for timing and accuracy. Depending on the game, you may find an in-game thread here which is fastest. I was getting up to the minute updates on the Ga/Ga Tech game here last night.

I like CBS sportsline. You can see a loser, and still have a chance to cash a winner ! :suomi: :lolBIG: :103631605

The only 100% that applies to CBSsportsline is that you better be 100% sure that you cross check their scores with another site to make sure that they aren't wrong(again).

Thanx folks. I'll try a few. I guess they all make mistakes now and then, except maybe NFL for their own games.

I like scores&odds because they give a consensus closing line (tho never any OT) but they are slow, and like the others make a mistake now and again.

And now that I think about it, The Gold Sheet might give scores, I might try them.
