This "online" race and sports book never never answers their emails! What horrible customer service!! I made a win place and show bet las night, my horse finished 3rd but there was a scratch and there was no show pool. So do I get my show $$ back even though my horse finished 3rd...NO! When I email support to get my $$ back do they answer....ever.....NO! Did they give me my 2% rebate for the week? NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT A JOKE< HOPEFULLY SOMEONE FROM THEIR SITE WILL SEE THIS AND ADDRESS IT. KEEP ACTING LIKE THIS AND YOU WILL NO LONGER BE AROUND!

I contacted this book on two occasions to help posters and both times they were very receptive and corrected the problem pretty quickly....If I were you, I would call them!

Not only did they not give me my rebate or my show wager back but they didnt even credit the 20% bonus they touted to get me to join. I emailed wilheim@therx.com lets see what happens, its pretty sick I have to email someone not even affiliated with the site to get a solution. You know what I dont understand? Every time I have had a problem or cashed out of a sportsbook the people are rude and act like they dont care. I dont understand it, its their business to deal with customers, thats how they make money...us and us only. So logic says dont treat customers like crap unless you want to be history in a few years. Reading all the posts it looks like tcbets and the company affiliated have had lots of trouble. They will glady take my money and a deposit takes 1 second. But a cashout takes forever as does a support request.

that is a bad experience. Mine has been positive, I dont use them much anymore as there is no reduced juice, but they do have good props at times (same lines as V-wager). Id give them a second second second try Lori.

TCBets stiffed the FingerLakes bettor. Refused to pay him after he won. Hard enough trying pick a winner, you don't need a place that stiffs you when your horse gets to the winners circle.

The bonus doesnt matter to me. What bothers me is that my horse finished in the money and I LOST $$ If there is no show pool I NEED TO BE REFUNDED MY $$ I can understand if you make a mistake. But for me to have to email you 3 times AND STILL GET NO RESPONSE and to have to come here to vent is crazy. Pluse my rebate was not credited even though someone emailed me (not from their site, this one haha) and said it was, the rebate should be automatic.I used ehorse.com for a super long time and they were always fast and curteous. Tcbets takes over 45 minutes to make races official...thats sick. Bottom line if it takes this much of a hassle to get this little ammount fixed imagine someone betting 500 to show or 1000 and getting stiffed!

To My Knowledge Dave No Longer Will Respond To This Forum Per A Conversation I Had With Him Awhile Back. I Was Always Treated Fairly By Them However Due To A Communication Problem Over A No Big Deal Issue
I Have Not Reloaded With Them In A Long Time. If A Business Can Not Return Your Calls Or Email It Is One I Personally Choose To Not Do Business With
