V-wager...is my money safe???

First off, let me say that i'm certainly NOT bashing this book. But, i was foolish and made a small deposit there without researching the book at all. Something i rarely do. But i had some money left im my old Firepay account and was just looking for a book that accepts Firepay and gave a bonus. Anyway, i've turned the small deposit into a fairly good chunk of change for me (im a small player) and im hoping my cash is safe. Its a bit over $2,200 which is a lot of money for me and will make for a nice Christmas. The reason im worried is that i called V-wager to ask about withdrawal options and the CS rep i spoke to was not very receptive at all. He was rude, and didnt really act like he knew what he was doing. Also, they want 3 forms of id including a copy of my DL. After they recieve all that, then he said they would start my withdrawal process. And heres the clincher, he said "IF" my withdrawal was approved, i would recieve it in one day"!!!! What does he mean IF my w/d is approved??? Im not really in a big hurry to get my money i just want to know its safe. I know im probably jumping the gun a bit here, but im worried. Anyone know if this book has ever stiffed anyone????

Asking for the faxing of your ID is not out of the ordinary...I am sure everything will be fine....Its basically a formality, and the term 'starting the withdrawl process' sounds worse than it is...Actually it doesn't even sound bad, just be patient.

Don't worry. You will get paid. I withdrew 7 dimes a few months back with no problem. This was off a 2 hundred dollar deposit sixty day hold deal. I was glad to get my money, and they were probably happy to see me leave. Let us know what happens....

Great!!! Thanks for the replys. I was just a bit nervous because i've never dealt with or heard much about this book. The only other 2k plus w/d i've made were from Pinny and BetJamaica and of course there was no need to worry there.

I started out with a small deposit & took it up to 7K....

as soon as my rollover was complete I was paid right away.....

you should have been transfered to the accouting office and spoke to someone there. They are not rude at all. Get the name of the people you talk to and give feedback via EMAIL on bad customer service.
