I hope everyone is not falling for all the hype. Can you say Desmond Howard? Can you say Rocket Ishmael?

Any team dumb enough to pick a punt returner with the first pick of the draft deserves to pick at the top spot. Not saying this guy is not going to have the occational great play in the pros but Dante Hall is not first pick of draft material.

I dont see what all the hype is over about a guy with a great O-line running through the pac10.

Howard and Ismail were wideouts that ran back kicks, Bush is a RB that runs back kicks. You're comparing apples and oranges son!

I always get a good laugh when people compare Reggie Bush to Ismail and Desmond Howard...they must not get a chance to watch this guy play.

Chop,

That "Play not to LOSE" SEC, Big 12, Big 10, etc. old school football is gone. The PAC 10 schools are playing an appealing "Play to WIN" style of football.
Don't hate the PAC 10 game. It's the NFL model and the viewers like the exciting games. The talet is out west now and will be for the forseeable futue.
I predict that Reggie Bush will thrive in the NFL along with Matt Leinert.

I'll bet anybody online with the money to be paid heads up that Bush will be offensive R.O.Y. next season. I'll let you pick two players and I'll take Bush. If I win you owe me a dime, if any of your two players win I'll pay you a dime. Funds to be held by a trusted 3rd party. So anybody else that wants to talk shit about Bush, bring it. Name someone in college right now that has the tools this kid has.

He did more against non conference opponents than he has done against the Pac 10.

That stout Arkansas SEC defense limited him to 8 carries for 125 yards and 3 catches for 70 yards.

Notre Dame only gave him 160 and 3 TDs on 15 carries.

The guy has all the tools and all these people that just try and make a name for themselves by going against the grain and saying he isn't legit will disappear real quick after they see him in an NFL uniform.

He's not an undersized player trying to make it as a special teams player...he is a legit 6'0" 210 lb tailback with size, speed, and that ability to make players miss. He has all the tools.

1398 yards rushing on 163 carries (8.6 avg)

Which conference is UCLA in the NFC or the AFC? What does that have to do with anything. I cab name you 100 great college running backs that were much too small to play with the big boys.

Not saying bush will be a total bust. Just not first pick of draft matieral.

He's the reason why LenDale is getting less playtime this year. Man, have you seen this kids hips when he is running full speed? He can change direction without slowing down! This guy is a gamebreaker and with a halfway decent O-Line, he will be dangerous in the NFL.

I was referring to you talking about him being a punt returner. He is a running back first and foremost. How well he will do in the NFL will depend on which organization drafts him.

Sorry it took me so long to answer Chop but I had to get up off of the floor from laughing my ass off after reading your reply. Maroney is good no doubt but he's no Bush.

So how do you want to this, Paypal, Pinny or what!

Not going to make this bet yet. Too many variables. Lets talk about this in April after the draft so I can see which team drafts him.
