Anyone know where you can download a free popup blocker?

Internet Explorer has one, you just need to turn it on. I'd tell you how to do it, but it would take too long and that's what the "Help" feature on your toolbar is for.

http://www.avast.com/ has outstanding virus protection. Internet Explorer and Google toolbar keep my popups out.

I was just coming in this thread to mention that you can use Mozilla Firefox and you won't have popups. The browser really is great (really great) and doesn't allow popups. By the way, I use both IE and Mozilla and Mozilla is just a cleaner program. Further, it's a free download and usage is free. You can't beat that for such a great program. Good luck. tulsa

Also, guys...please do a favor for yourselves and go check out a program, Spybot Search & Destroy. It finds spyware/adware etc and cleans it from your system. It's a great program. You may download it and use it for free if you like but donations are very appreciated. I was so impressed with the program and what it did for me I sent in some $ to the guy. I've been using it a couple of years.
