I've never had a neteller account, recently tried to open one and when I went through to the "instant deposit" option and they tried to verify me, it said it was going to ask me some questions and if I answered correctly I would be allowed to "instaDeposit" (or whatever it's called)

but when I said OK, ask away, it said it couldn't find any information on me

so I can't "instaDeposit" ... what's the deal? anyone have this? :icon_conf

They probably said that your account wasn't VERIFIED yet....that's probably the case-and it's normal.

You need to have your Neteller account VERIFIED.

To do so, follow the instructions on the Neteller website.

That's what I was doing, trying to VERIFY my account and it said there was an error and I had to call. I got an email also saying that my account had been closed due to security purposes?

Strange I've never tried to open one before, dunno why it'd be closed only minutes after opening...I must be "flagged" or something :howdy:

There could be several factors for their actions. Just call and speak with a rep and I'm sure they'll straighten it out. Assuming you're not scamming them you should be all set.
