Olympic Office Hours?

I just signed up at Olympic through theRX. Nice 21% bonus, but you have to call in to get it.

My question is, do they have office hours posted somewhere? Because I surely just spent the last 20 minutes listening to "your call is important to us. Please stay on the line...yada yada yada". Man, that can get annoying really fast. I can't imagine that a book would ever take 20 minutes to answer a phone call if they were open.

It's 11:42 CST presently. Do you think that they're closed for now? From all of the praise that I've seen on theRX, I doubt it's a book that just stiffed me, right?

they are always very quick to respond & very polite......

They probably have the same hours as Bet Jamaica which is 8 am -midnight est.

I always just email Olympic for customer service issues. They're very quick to reply--once when it took them about 90 minutes to reply, they apologized for the delay. I wish all books were like that!
