great story too, unlikely as hell but amazing nonetheless- Jay Fiedler's dad was Anthony Mason's (that's right, thuggish ruggish AMase) AAU b-ball coach, apparently Mason had a shitty living condition, Fiedler's family became Masons' surrogate family in a sense, lived with them in high school i believe and all that shit, Jay Fiedler and Mason are like best friends/brothers...i think this is amazing. two totally differnet people cut from totally different threads share a bond like that. Amazing...Fiedler's one of my favorite players too, class act
