No Neteller withdrawals from Guardian until Monday?!

Since it's the 1st of the month I just called Guardian to request my free Neteller withdrawal for the month. My available balance is just over $2800 with a few open bets for Sunday. I originally asked for $2800 be sent to me via Neteller and was told that the weekly limit is $2500, which I said I was unaware of. The rep put me on hold and in that time I figured $2500 was fine since I might end up betting the balance before next week anyway. When she came back on the line she told me that no Neteller withdrawals were available until Monday because "we have other withdrawals we need to take care of before then" but I was entitled to withdraw by any other means. I told her I would think about my choices and call back.

I have only been at Guardian two months and previously only withdrawn a couple hundred at a time but this concerns me greatly. Does this story sound kosher? Can anyone give me some guidance. I signed up at Guardian after hearing good thing about them from the RX forums. Do I have reason to worry?

They will allow you to withdraw ANY other method...OTHER than Neteller?

I wonder if it's some type of accounting thing, or system thing.....
Get a cool $900 through Western Union...bite the bullet on the $50 fee...and see if they come through?

That's bullshit.... I hate when books pull that crap. They used to be a good book too. Didn't they have other issues in the last year? I can't remember exactly what they were though..

Not getting paid worries???? naaaaaaaa they've been around a long time they do pay........pinnacle speed?????? no way!!! they will delay you as long as possible in hopes you'll bet it back at them...and if you make regular 2500 withdrawls instead of your usual few hundred i wouldnt be surprised if they show you the door however, their not the type of book that caters to sharp players....they want big losers not big winners....

They recently offered a 50% Bonus Play with a 90 day hold on wd's.(about 3 weeks ago). Big danger sign to me. This seems to only reinforce it.

I took the reduced juice option and got no deposit bonus and no hold/rollover requirement because I like easy access to my funds.

C'mon, Bulldog! How many books out there do you think are gonna give you a bonus without some kind of stipulation? Of course they put a 90 day hold.. but I think you misunderstood! It's a 90 day hold on your initial deposit amount.. not all withdrawals! You can withdraw your winnings anytime you want! I've had a couple of accounts with them over the years and I've never had any trouble getting paid. Relax, Phig... Get your money another way. Maybe there's just a problem with Neteller for them.. I say ask to talk to a manager or supervisor- they've always been really good about working out a solution if there is a problem.

After a lengthy live chat I reached an agreement with them to accept an echeck for part of my balance today with the ability to make one additional free Neteller withdrawal for December.

The reason they are saying that Neteller withdrawals are not being processed until Monday is because their accounting manager had a family emergency and will be out until then. Apparently only that one person can process Neteller withdrawals but other employees can initiate all other methods. Not sure I completely buy the excuse (mainly because it was the third explanation I had gotten today) but am satisfied for now and will update this thread when I request my Neteller withdrawal on Monday.

Probably just an accounting problem, not a sign of money troubles. Grande weren't able to process neteller payouts for over week a few weeks ago, but I am sure no on would suspect it was because of financial troubles.

I'd be OK if the reason was consistent throughout my contacts with Guardian's reps but first it was a weekly limit issue, then it was that there were too many withdrawal requests ahead of mine and then it was the accounting manager was out of town. Assuming I get my echeck tomorrow or Saturday (my bank credits ACH six days a week) and no problems when I call back Monday for the Neteller I'll be fine keeping a balance there.

Phigment, Its a big red flag when they start lying to you. Does not mean that they are about to go under but no reason to take a chance. Other books far better than Guardian.

Very good point. I guess I was chalking up at least one reps response to incompetence.

Same thing happened when I was dealing with Grande. For a week I was told it was a problem on netellers end and that their merchant account was not working. When I then contacted neteller, I was told that the account was fine and that it was not a problem with neteller. I then called Grande for about the fifth time and they then finally admitted they simply did not have sufficient funds in their account. Books, even top books, will lie just to save face. It was frustrating but it didn't mean Grande was in trouble, just that there accounting had troubles at that time. I suspect it is the same with Guardian, as they are a solid book.

The real question is why does only ONE person have the ability to handle these transactions

How scary is that...Lets hope she doesnt get hit by a bus....How ludicris....NOBODY else while she is gone can handle it......She must have superpowers, or Neteller makes the process super encrypted

I asked the same question of them. Poor lady can't take a day off if that's the case.

The truth is that Guardian does not have funds in Neteller. They should not lie. Tell the truth! You'll get respect that way.

The person that does Neteller WD's is away on a family emergency excuse takes the cake.
