LAying juice on both sides IMO in middles is never a good idea. over 65 and under 67, sure there is a 1 point middle of 66 and 2 sides for a tie of 65 an 67. These are not the best total numbers for sure. So my answer would be NO.
It's not the number of sides that counts, it's the juice per side. For 1st half ncaa over/unders, to be conservative, 5 per side is worth it. Yours is slightly more, but is probably still worth it if your $ would not be used somewhere else.
