Whenever I am making an offer of say -105 on a team there is then a market created for +105 on the other team. So how come if there is already a market for +105 on the board and I make an offer for -105 they dont matchup? After all, these offers match but there is no match completed. I dont know if I have explained this properly but hope you know what I am talking about.

Ron--Why would you place an offer such as that when you can simply make a play on that desired game getting the same odds......which is essentially the samething...........correct?

They're not the same thing... the other guy also wants -105 on your team. +105 on the other team would match it.

Yeah, Santo said it...

If you see the (+105) on the board for the other team, that means that someone has made the same offer as you have, but the other side has NOT been accepted yet....You are just adding more available funds for someone to take the other team.....And they will have to pick up the (+105) money that was there first before yours will kick in and be accepted.....

The only offers you see on the boards at any exchanges are what is 'available".......meaning someone has offered up on the opposite side of what you see.........

Hope that explains it....

It can be confusing at first......Betbug, Matchbook, they all pretty much work the same, and are fun to use....

Nope, you guys are not understanding what is going on. Or I'm not. LOL If I want to bet team A and they are presently +102 and team B is presently - 108, if I click on team A +102 and then when it shows on the right side I change my ask from +102 to + 106, it will then show up on the left as team B -106 for the amt of my bet as that would be the lowest offer for team B. So how come if I change it to +108 a match isnt made since they already have the corresponding amt listed? Try it yourself guys.

Because if you want +108 on Team A, somebody needs to want to take -108 on Team B.

What is currently on the board, is somebody wanting Team B at -102, and Team A at +108.
