Ronde Barber just picked off his 3rd pass of the day, to help secure a win for the Buc's over New Orleans, as Tampa Bay's defense shows signs of its former self, in holding the Saints to a meager 3 points today...

This moves the Bucs to 8-4 and helps make their playoff surge look more promising......

Way to go Ronde, we needed it....

bucs fan,

Did you see that last play though. NO's did a QB sneak on 4th and inches got a false start penalty. They backed it up and all of a sudden it was 1st and 15. What the hell is that. Should've been 4th and 5. I'm a huge bucs fan as well and I was pissed for a few seconds. Luckily it didn't matter because Barber picked the next play off.

ya TB stoped the NO guy about 1 foot short and I thought they would bring out the chains and measure but they didn't because NO was trying to hurry up and get the next play off. But the TV showed 4th and inches and the yellow line on the TV was about 1 foot in front of the ball. Obviously N.O. thought it was 4th down also otherwise they wouldn't have tried a QB sneak. And it was clear he was stopped short on the 3rd down play if you watched the replay.

Just got back from the game (FREE TICKETS)..the official signaled first down and gave the Saints the first, so it was 1st and 10, and instead of clocking the ball, Brooks went for the sneak while his receivers were still walkin to the line and got the false start..

Definately one of the dumbest players in the league..move over Frank Gore !!

the refs are morrons then because if you saw it on TV he did not get the first down. And if anything it wasn't by enough to signal first down without a measurment. I swear refs should start getting fined for bad calls. maybe than they wouldn't make as many. It seems every week its getting worse. There is at least 3 or 4 calls a week that are just awful, and the saints were on the wrong end of a couple if I remember right. At least it didn't effect the outcome today.

The Saints could start off First and 1 everytime and wind up punting on 4th and 21....

The ref made bad calls, but the Saints REALLY REALLY are the dumbest excuse for athletes I think I have ever seen, and I've seen a 1-15 Saint team up close a while back.....
