How do you insert pictures into a thread?

I wanted to post a picture I took this weekend, but I have no idea how to go about doing it?

Click post message or start a new thread.

Click on manage attachments under Additional Options on the bottom of the reply page.

Then browse for the picture on your computer and hit upload.

Then hit submit reply to commit your post.

Send the picture to your email add.....Then click insert image on this page.....Click from computer....Wala.

Or, don't complicate things.

Right click on the image, copy the image and paste it into a new post.

For some reason, which I don't understand, this doesn't always work. Sometimes the pic doesn't show.
