I see they allow up to $2500 per withdrawal request online. How long does it take?

I don't have any money in Nine right now but earlier in the football season I made abourt 4 or 5 Netteller withdrawls. They all were taken care of in less than 3 hours. You are allowed one free pay out per week. I never had any complaints about them.

Say what you want about nine.com being new and untested, but their customer service is excellent and they pay on time.

My three best shops for customer service are Hollywood, Grande and Nine

The worst is obviously Pinnacle.

Everyone says Pinny is the best and hands down to them. And you say Pinny is the worst?

In reference to customer service..........not overall.

Believe that is the point trying to be made in his post.

Thanks, Fish - Yes, I was talking about customer service only.

You can send Pinny an email and you will get a generic answer. Then you try to clarify things, and you get a LONGER generic answer. Not fun.
