This is the winningest program in college basketball history, and Tubby recruits guys that Rick Pitino wouldn't look twice at....

This team used to be exciting to watch in the Pitino era (full court press, fast breaking), now it's the pits. No excuse for a prestigious program like UK to have absolutely ZERO talent...

I've sadly over estimated this team. I knew they were over rated, but this is ridiculous

And nobody come into this thread and tell me how good IU is this year, they should be up by 40...they stink also

After watching Duke/Texas, this is like watching a JV game

Run the UK program into the toilet? Wasn't it just like 2-3 years ago that they were the #1 overall seed in the tourney? And didn't they come within one OT of going to the Final Four last year?

To say he's ruined the program is ludicrous. He doesn't get the best recruits, but he's consistently fielded top teams in the nation, and OWNED the SEC. They're having a down year, no doubt, but isn't he allowed one bad year after all he's accomplished? Come on now.

He's a helleva bench coach, and his teams peak in March. I'm simply talking about the lack of talent, lack of "go to player" every year...and also how dull this team is to watch

This is UK!!! We should be getting the kind of recruits that Duke, UNC, Texas, ect.. get. Tubby NEVER gets a big-time recruit...NEVER

Keith Bogans was one of the top recruits in the country...so was Gerald Fitch if I remember correctly, as was Randolph Morris(although that didn't exactly pan out)...and so was Rando.

Yeah, Tubby had a nice recruiting class FOUR YEARS AGO

Morris was one of the top prospects in the nation, he'll sign with an NBA team sooner or later, so he won't be back (I don't think he should be allowed back anyway)

This is a depressing year so far. But Tubby did have one of the top recruiting classes of incoming freshman last season. Joe Crawfored,Rondo; and Morris were all top 30 prospects. We'll never see Morris again and Crawford has had his problems. We're spoiled as UK fans. We expect to be in the Final Four every year. It's been a while and it's hard to take.
