I'm not an eBay fan, but my wife is. Has this ever happen to you? You purchase an item on eBay and pay (even a few $'s more) straight-away prior to the invoice hoping that the seller sends the item straight away also and then, everthing dies. No communication and it seems that the seller fell of the face of the earth.

Makes me wonder, what's their real life is like. Any feedback?

How did you pay for item ? If pay pal all you have to do is lodge a complaint and you will get your money back. They have to show a confirmation that item was sent. If money order you have a bigger problem

Thank you RED EYE, I paid via PayPal. I'm going to view the PayPal site in reference on how to file a complaint.

Thanks again,

Ebay site are full of crooks waiting for your money.
Most of the new products sold on Ebay are stolen items. I saw an episode on this a while back.

PayPal.....ugh. As someone who has almost 1,000 transactions I can say that although their policy is great for the buyer, it is disadvantageous to the seller. I basically lose $2 or more I make from every sale since you basically have to ship confirm everything now.....not to mention Paypal and eBay fees.....and if you dont ship confirm about 5% of the time, someone will claim they never got the item and since you didnt ship it confirmed. They get their money back as well.....but oh yes, Paypal and eBay still keep the original fees that they took from the initial payment.....jackasses
