Issue with online limits at NINE.COM

In summary, when I first opened an account, I automatically had my online limits set at $1. I was told I had to call in all my plays. This was ridiculous. I talked to several people over there who were no help and said they needed to monitor my plays. The next day, Rick emailed me apologizing and set my limits at $300. That was low, but most of plays are $250 so I was ok with it. I played, I won a bit and I withdrew without any problems.

Yesterday I reloaded. I was pleased to see my bets went through no problem. My limits must have been increased since I was able to make a $500 bet. I thought all was rosey until......

I figure I would make a fun $50 parlay on hockey tonight. I go to make a wager and it says my limit online is $1! I then immediately try a straight wager and have no problem. Good, so it's just my parlay limits. I go on live chat. After a long time of waiting and being transfered, I am told I have $200 parlay limits now. But guess what. THEY LOWERED ALL MY WAGERS TO $200. Even straight bets.

At this point I am fuming. These guys call me to reload, I agree since my limits were at a point I was fine with. Now they lower them after I contact them only to up my parlay limits. This is just stupid. The clerk tells me to call Rick at 8:30 after the tip off of these games. I call at 8:38 and guess what! Rick has "left" for the day. Not a fan of being lied to. Nor a fan of getting poor service.

If you want to be a bookmaker, then you have to book a bet. I can post all my plays on here....I'm not betting steam, betting off numbers etc. These guys are pathetic. Treating customers like shit isn't gonna get you far in this business.

I will send an email to Mason, I am sure we can get your limits restored. Most likely the software defaulted all your limits to $200.

Wil - I don't believe that is the case. I do understand what you mean though. They would have set my parlay limits but, in doing so, all my limits were affected. However, I told the girl that I see that my straight wagers had been reduced right after and she said that it was their decision until they reviewed my play. Same bs story as my first deposit.

I want to compare this to my problem with Skybook:

I had an issue with their CS. I completed my rollover. I took my money. End of story. They are a good book, and they pay but I choose not to play there. I have not deposited there again and I never will. No complaints, no threads, no whining, no nothing.

Now on to your issue:

You deposit once, you get limits reduced, you come here and complain in public.

THEN YOU DEPOSIT AGAIN.

This is getting old.

Did you not read the thread? I had my limits raised to a point I was happy with. My first time round was fine except the initial bs with my limits. This was resolved. I reloaded and went through the exact same thing again after going through it all before and being told by Rick by email that it was a misunderstanding.

Take the time to read before responding.

EVERYONE need to know, this is a SHIT BOOK. i placed a few wagers and they said they dont catter to the type of player i am scalper/middler/whatever, hell yes i scalp, hedge, and middle. if i find a soft number i pounce it!!

they cut my limits to $100 online, and anything else had to be called in. This was fucking annoying, every time i called, i was transfered 2 times, put on hold, then given a different number EVERY FUCKING TIME.

HEY nine, if you dont want a bettor that knows a thing or two, go advertise some where else. this place is a joke.

Anways, i cashed out, and I will never be back. place is a joke. only positive thing is they paid me, which is pretty big i guess this day and age. again, if you plan on winning, play somewhere else.

another thing, they are pricks about giving a phone number. I HATE giving my number to books, then I get 1000's off call from every tout out there. Anways, i gave some bogus number, and apparetntly they tried to call me, and locked my account.

i called them up and they said they need anumber on hand for withdrawals(well, i withdrew my funds at 2.5K per day without a call) and said in order for me to reopen my account(that i already funded) i have to give a number.

then half the time the CSR was clueless

sorry, this booke just rubbed me the wrong way. yea, i could lay a couple tdimes at twice the vig, or 1 point in the opposited direction.:finger:

It gets old.

That is why I compared that to what I did with Skybook. I didn't complain, but I didn't go back - and never will.

I believe they ask for your number because they sell that the number to touts. However to be fair I heard this second hand but when I opened up an account there, a week lately for the first time in my life I get cold called.

I told you so last week when you were inquiring about them. I tried to save you the headaches of dealing with this book. I just hope you beat them and it was worth your agony.

Nine is a great book if you like to bet around 22 bucks a game, people.

I know, should have listened, but man, their dog lines are NICE.

anyways, yea, i beat them pretty good, and it was worth my short stay. At least they let me continue to play, they could have booted me like Legendz did.

Looks like a lot of people have had the same problem. I suppose I never expected a book to be scared of $250-$500 bets.

BB, Lander - were your plays considered chasing steam or betting off numbers?

Cincy - Looks like going back might have been a mistake, but I still have a right to complain if I am being mistreated. Last time all was resolved to my liking. Was smooth afterwards. That is why I reloaded. Not a hard concept son. I did see you paid nine a compliment yesterday so I assume that is part of why you responded. I am glad you are enjoying their services. Hopefully I get to as well. Seems like the $50 bettor has no problems with them. GL

last year i deposited with them,after betting 3 horse's to SHOW with them that all paid less than $3.00 to show,they cut my horse limits to $1 :finger:

Looks like all is normal in the world of sports wagering again. Was just able to put a nickle on the cowboys and 250 on the jets. Mason, assuming you had my limits put back to normal. Thanks.

You guys have tons of betting options. Just let me bet them and I will!
