Where do teams go with one off day ?

Pistons at GSW on friday, and LAC on Sunday. Do they stay in CA or go back to Detroit for a day. They can't practice in Cal ( ?). What do they do ?

I think they stay out there and have practice at a near by college

Stay out there definitely.....RobFunk's right, but he left out one detail..................they stay on campus and hit on all the ladies after practice is over

I remember Dennis Rodman used to go to vegas during the NBA finals when they had a day off between games..........That's was when they were stuck in Utah.

The long road trips in the NBA is such a good handicapping tool it is factored in the line. Teams playing their "gettaway" game are prime candidates to get blown out. If they have had a good road trip, it will still be good if they lose the last game. If they have stunk it up, they need to get home and regroup. I wish I had more time to study these angles, but normally just study the line and handicap that.
