My god this is horrible, wake up we are in the 21st century now. You can't even make a bet over there ? Do you want me to reup when funds are gone? I can't unless you upgrade. :monsters-

their software is ok, but their site is hosted on some kid's DSL line.

No Doubt...5DIMES is Now The #1 Book...on MY Stay Away List

I opened an account there and They were offering a nice Bonus.
So I checked the site out and signed up.
Well, it is The SLOWEST Book I've ever seen when it comes to placing a BET!
I missed out on quite a few 2nd Half Bets I wanted to make last weekend, b/c of there SlowAss Software! I called customer service and complained. They tried to say it was my computer...I told them no, not my end, I've never had a Problem during "Crunch Time" at Olympic, etc. It's your software. So they gave me an alternative site....just as slow or slower!
Anyway, I ended up Losing The $$$ in my account, just, "BullDickin'" around in The CASINO! So I asked, where's my Bonus. They tell me...You didn't wager enough to meet our RollOver Requirements!
5DIMES is a JOKE....Stay Away!!!!!

I called their Customer Service about this. They ask for your password to verify that it's you who is calling. When I said I don't give my password over the phone the a$$hole hung up on me instead of telling me my other options. You can do a live chat after logging in if you don't want to call and give your password.

When I did a live chat the lady was real nice but apologized for the slow service so I'm out the amount I was going to bet.

This has been a problem since I have been there...over a year...You would think the the owners or SC managers would try to get the problem fixed and speed up their web servers...looks like the book grew 2 fast without up grading their servers....

5DIMES...has alot of Options I LOVE.......being able to Tease Team Totals, Halves, etc...BUT!

What Good are all of These Options when The Site is so Damn SLOW!?!??!?!

this is exactly why i withdrew all my funds after i met my rollover (to the dollar)

i don't know if it's the bandwidth as much as it's the servers themselves.. it seems like they're spending alot of time processing data. bandwidth is ridiculously cheap these days, but without a backend that can scale to your customer requests, you might as well be on a DSL line.

I'm pretty sure its bandwidth bottleneck. Betting during the week mid morning and the software is quick and responsive. Sundays during football peak times its slow to log in and slow to place bets.

It's even more ridiculous, cause they seem to be the ONE AND ONLY top book that is about to lose clients because of their software. I haven't had similar problems with ANY other site.
I really respect 5dimes, they're the ONLY book around, that has balls to price alternative NHL totals lines(+- .5).

I have never seen ANYONE from 5dimes post on forums. So I don't know why are you making a big deal of it. Pinny never posts on here either.

The reason Pinny doesn't post is their is nothing to complain about for them to come in and address. This seems to be a issue that has alot of people pissed.If you have several people complaining about the same thing it would seem to be a BIG DEAL. Seems to be a good reason for a represenitive to come in and address this issue.

I have seen about a hundred threads bitching about pinny this, pinny that. Noone ever replied officially. I think that if you're so much interested in an official answer, you guys better contact 5dimes CSR. I'm not defending them in any way, there is a huge issue with their software, but it's been around for years(literally). Maybe it's a good thing that you're making a fuss around it and I surely hope you get a result, but don't take for granted that 5dimes read threads on this forum.

there live help tiold me there was no roll-over requirment on the bonus...
then when i try to cash out there is suddenly a roll-over requirment...
say what you want about how i should have know that there would be a rollover but the point is the LIVE CHAT SAID THERE WAS NO ROLLOVER...
