See I do like the forum for the off topics, and I do like that they are kept here on the offshore site.

And I have a great topic for us close to 40 year olds or over with kids

Have you seen the PLug and Play Ms Pac Man, and Frogger, Star Wars, Madden Football and Hocky games. They all run about 15-20 bucks a piece, and they plug right into the RCA jack of your TV, and they are ready to go. Make sure you have a shitload of AA batteries, but I cannot wait for Christmas morning teaching my son all these old games. Look into it at Target and Walmart. Also EBAY as well,

and remember the cheapest but best MP3 for 40 bucks is the RCA LYRA found at Walmart or Target as well, and I just ordered my cashew combo (Salted, Sugared, and Chocalate covered) from TROPHYNUT....must haves for the full figured lad I am

Thought about buying the WPT Texas Holdem games so my better half could learn the game and eventually be able to kick my butt.

Now Dante,

Did you go to Radio Shack and get RCA extenders...I am going to do that, so I can sit away somewhat from the TV. And do you go to channel 3 or 4, or once you are in the RCA, you are ready to go

thanks

Fish, I saw that game as well. There were a few poker style plug ins, I got Madden 95 football, and I hope my son gets into it

Would make the over/under about two hours.

Sure you would no doubt be wagering on the under.

yes, I recommend these games highly !! note: I am biased as I do hold shares in JAKK which makes most of them !! buy away ! LOL ... and while you're at it take a look at Fly Wheels(another JAKK product!) if you have kids(boys). Mine will be getting a few for X-MAS ! For the girls,JAKK makes Doodle Bears !!!

A new(to me) hot game/brainteaser is Soduko(sp ?) Unfortunately JAKK does not make these but my daughter loves it.

A lot of retro games have resurfaced over the past couple years...the Coleco football game, with the dots that you shift around the field..that game was the greatest thing back in the day! I couldn't imagine enjoying that 25 years later though.
