I placed a $200 wager last night on Wisc Green Bay - this was at 1:00 am and I was sleepy, so I didn't record it on my spreadsheet.

Then this afternoon, I forgot and placed another $200 wager. Oops.

I called Nine.com and told them of the situation. No problem, they deleted the wager for me (but like Pinny, they told me it was a ONE TIME thing)



(After all these posts about Nine.com, I am starting to sound like a shill for them - but they are up there with Hollywood, Bet Jamaica and Heritage when it comes to customer service)

Try putting a $500 wager on one of their big dog NBA ML's. then when they cut your limits to $100 online, and each time you call a play in they increase the VIG, or change the number, you will sing a different tune.

I was spammed by Nine.com telling me if I joined I could get the #1 Las Vegas newsletter by the #1 handicapper. I had to laugh when it was none other than the #1 scammer himself Scam Root.

Nine.com & Scam Root, a match made in heaven.

i think it would be a stretch to compare nine's c.s with 3 of the best (heritage, betjm, hollywood). i still have a hard time with nine based on some of their questionable tactics they employed when they were mybookie.com. i guess things are better now since vip took over, but they may be good for the very small casual player who loses.

i have made wrong wagers over the years for much larger amounts, and have had them corrected without being told that this is a 1 time thing. i dont think nine will go out of their way to help the player in any regard, while over the years, each of the other 3 books mentioned above have done different things for me to warrant having excellent customer service. just my opinion.

If they decide to cut my limits at a later time, so be it.

What i think with no offense is that "those people"(lets not point singles) who where bad talking nine.com for a single issue they had with a player and which was solved satisfactory at this point have to shut up and let the fact talk, nine.com came here to kick everybody's butt this season, they are becoming one of the best, and will definitively be up there with CRIS and Pinny very soon.
