warning do not use an apartment rental service

they say they gurantee you a refund if you do not find something to match your criteria. they give you only a 25 percent refund at most. the lists are completely wrong it says 2 bedrooms you get there it only has one. it says pets you get there they don't take pets. even addresses that dont exist.

I tried dealing with some of these guys before, they are just as bad as car salesmen.

Looking for an apartment can be frustrating. In some small citys it is almost impossible to find what you're looking for and then on top of that be the one they pick.

call a real estate company and ask if they have a property management dept.

they will be able to go into " MLS " . Multiple Listing Service .

from there they can tell you everything you want to know about rentals.
