I hope to GOD none of you think this will be an improvement..o i hate Foster Brooks but you want to see a bad q/b tune in for the Bouman show..this guy is the Worst excuse for a qb to ever put on a pad...i dont know who the saints play this week but i'll promise you this..they wont score 14 points and 10 might be stretching it..if its anybody with a defense its a shutout
Brooks is a great QB just makes mistakes, but given the talent around him and especially his weak offensive line, i think he's done a decent job. wait and see him next year when he's on a new team w/ a good O Line you'll see how good he is.
laugh it up i'll confidently say hes in the upper half of starting qb's in the nfl. no he's not peyton or brady but if i think you put him on a team that has an offensive line number one and a team that has a good tight end he'd be a heck of a play caller. he's got an amazing arm and his problem is that he over throws a lot of passes. if he could take a little off it or even have a good tight end that he could guy a pass in there too you'd notice that his numbers would be better. i also think that some of his problems are from the bonehead coach they got and the lack of defense they have had for years.

again i didn't say top tier if you look closely i just simply put him in the catagory of top 15 (half of the league). obviously like i said he doesn't compare to guys like brady peyton palmer you know the legit top tier guys. as i said before and i'll say again give this guy a damn o line. he's got nothing there. the years when turley played there brooks was a better looking qb and i know you can agree with that. the man did bring you to the playoffs one year. anyways i don't see why your all pumped about seeing brooks benched because your backups are trash and will give you zero chance to win. maybe this benching will prove good and aaron will get his head of of his ass but i think the man has potential thats all im saying. my words may have came out wrong in earlier posts because it appears that you guys think im saying he's the best qb in the league but IM NOT. just that he's got talent and a heck of an arm.

Brooks has always had talent, but once he got PAID...the heart was gone, and let's not get into smarts...
I remember a friend of mine that worked at Cats Meow (in Bourbon Street), called me one Sunday morning and let me know that he got to meet Brooks there last night (on a Saturday night with a Cleveland game the next day at noon), partying and having a few beverages with some homies til about midnight. Now TO ME, it seems maybe you'd get some sleep the night before the game, or at least go over some schemes that you may need to get ready for...NOT HOMIE !!
I get a chance to meet the players every year, and he really is a nice guy, but you really could tell him his check in the corner of a round room, and he's stay busy for DAYS !!!
