Norv Turner must be fired on Monday

He calls all passing plays instead of running ball to try to get closer for a game clinching FG. What a friggin idiot. Now Cleveland will get FG and win game by 2. Also Janikowski is the most overpaid kicker in NFL. A wasted first round draft choice.

Gannon retired due to a neck injury. Norv will get fired the after the year is over. Good offensive coach god awful NFL head coach.

Turner is laughable. He hasn't had control of this team since he arrived and looks more confused every day in his press conference. The Raiders mailed it in weeks ago. Turners gone at the end of this season.

Im one of the few that likes Norv. This team has won 4 games this year, how many should they have won? The problem with this team is not the Head Coach. Its rather simple, AL DAVIS MUST GO!!! The game has passed this old claymation figure. They havent had a winner there since Gruden left. Its not like Turner walked into a winning situation. Until Al Davis goes away, this team will do nothing, most importantly beacuse they have had problems getting a big name coach in there. No proven NFL coach wil go in there knowing that meddling Al will be all over them.
